AIGrade sells digital credit packs that provide access to audit reports and AI chat messages. Because these are digital products that are delivered and consumed instantly upon use, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Once a credit pack has been purchased, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or account credits for any reason, including but not limited to:
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., a technical issue resulted in a charge without credits being delivered), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and, if confirmed, resolve the issue by delivering the credits owed or issuing a refund at our discretion.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in permanent suspension of your account. We encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can resolve any concerns.
